Joe, great work !!! Thanks for your effort, much appreciated, the shells are really interesting.

I had spoken with my attorney a few months back about some of these shell situations before I started putting some serious money into some plays.

According to him:

Experienced shell revivers (for lack of a better term) wait until the statute of limitations run on the old debt owed, file civil suit to be appointed custodian of the defunct Corp.

9 times out of 10 no one answers (service is usually performed by public notice in legal publications) the suit because they don't have the time, money, reason, or inclination to defend it.

It takes just a while to wait out the answer time on the action, then the judge appoints the plantiff as custodian if no one objects.

Very interesting business indeed.

The thing about this Stocker dude, he always brings good value to the table for his shells. He is top on my list, followed by Anthony and then Smith et al. Stocker seems to have actual laid out plans for his shells, he seems to pick and choose and not keep 15-20 shells in his "inventory".
