That being said I wish I could answer your questions as easily. I'm sure you'll get lots of opinions in response to your query but here's mine fwiw.

If 30 million new shares are registered it does not in my book qualify as "massive" dilution. Merely typical dilution. This company has lived on shares for over a decade.

If the company announces a so called blockbuster deal such as has not been seen or heard of before now it will indeed soften the blow of additional dilution. It would also be fair to say that Putnam and company did deliver.

It is a reasonable concern that insiders do not buy at this level. As I haven't either I guess it isn't fair to throw too many stones. Or at least to throw them hard.

The SEC has a lot to do. I'm sure those good people will do the right thing.
