i've asked for a tou violation example, and have recieved none, so yea, i've been a butthead.

but i am a butthead.

i am me.

but i think on my own feet, i stay on topic, i don't call people names, i don't attack their motives. i go after their content.

o.k., i did run amok tou w/regards to a temper tantrum as a result of a personal threat to me and my family intiated by one essentially "looking like" awkuhn who has somehow accessed details of mine not legally availble.

so i asked you to (or o.k. so i demanded you) delete me as a security measure.

if you feel you booted me for tou it is news to me. i thought my creating a new handled weeks or months after asking for the last one to be deleted was in compliance with the rules.

but yes, my berating of weby, awkuhn and snackman was off-topic and hence a tou violation.

i stand by those statements. weby and snackman are on the record for calling for and prosecuting efforts to "out" long-term posters who don't agree with their views and calling for investigations into their identities for the purposes of publicizing them.

so call me a butthead for finding that to be a bit weak (o.k., so maybe hugely cowardly is a better description).

but again, you want a reason? it is this:

i stay on topic,
i question dogma,
i admit defeat when presented with a clear case,
i stir the pot,
and i rarely insult people at the level i am insulted,
and frequently take the back of the new guy getting hammered by the status quo.

but am i a butthead, yea, i think so.
