as i wrote here few months ago, todays and yesterdays action confirms it again:
"....It takes always at least 10 milions buys to move it for one 0.001 up, so the whole movement from 0.02 to 0.03 will take probably some time (if there wont be some great shocking news)
On the other side, it goes down really easily, eg. this january, movement from 0.02 back to 0.01 was accomplished by low volume sells or last summer with stock buyback it went down from 0.03 to 0.02 on low volume too.
PBLS goes down mainly by small volume of sells and goes up mainly by big volume of buys"

I would really like to see PBLS buying whole float before release AF and move to higher exchange, since they can sell it later back to the market for much higher price and make bigger profit then they make from their operations in a year.
