I received the same letter yesterday. They want me to give up my shares to avoid lawyer fees and court costs. Just sign the letter and return it they say. They also said many shareholders have asked for this option. So who is signing it and if we dont are we in for big legal fees? If so should we band together to avoid high attorney fees?
