Another possibility not discussed often enough here is that amep will partner up on some drilling ventures with some much larger corp with money to contribute and in this fashion there is no need for a rs or more shares...With two rigs and a crew and acreage, it seems to me that xyz corp would love to contribute cash to amep in oder to share in the prospects and in that manner xyz would act like a conglomerate of investors buying limited partnerships.
