I had already asked Nik that in an email over the weekend,

How do you expect the acquired company's revenues to immediately
translate into a pps increase for MDFY? In other words, how would this
be publicized to generate shareholder interest to drive the pps

and earlier today I asked Tjak to forward a request for that same info to JB, Ian, Nik, Philip and David:

Can you ask Nik/JB/Ian/David/Philip when and where the news is to be released? I am presuming there is a comprehensive marketing plan for news dissemination, but we are sitting at a volume of 42,000 shares traded in the first hour, with only 3 MMs on the bid/ask.
We won't get any traction with that kind of interest. IMO
So far, there has been NO response to that inquiry.

There is a limited opportunity to invest in the sector that the new company operates in, therefore we expect the company to be of interest to new investors.
Additionally, a company with existing revenue and strong, realistic forecasts will obviously be able to deliver more benefit to shareholders than a company with no income.

I can understand the reluctance to provide specifics marketing strategies on a (quasi-)public forum, but I would think that on the effective date of the transaction, a marketing/media info blitz would commence.
I am tremendously disappointed by the apparent lack of public notice. Perhaps something is planned for later in the week.
The least Nik could do would be to give us a heads-up on what to expect.....
