I hear all these guys scream dilution, but have never had any of my buy orders filled at the bid. You take a stock like FMLY for example, that is confirmed to be diluting, instafill at the bid. I've heard RBCM called a dilution machine, but this morning, I see them on the bid at .012 and the ask at .013. If they are just dumping shares, why would they be buying up more? JMHO
