I predict this deal will be paid for

in cash and preferred shares to be paid in five years a a set price.

To those of you that don't like pinks moving before news is released haven't "played" the pinks very long. I've never been in one where it didn't move before good news is released. A CEO doesn't have to give out insider information, just tell friends to buy...at a certain time. "Buy PBLS right now." That's perfectly legal.
