Is RPRX having a stealth Rally??

I am slightly invested in RPRX but I am thinking of adding shares. Their target market is certainly interesting and potentially lucrative although they are a while away from that. However, with their very low float (about 10 million shares) and a persistent low-volume daily upside, I am just wondering if there is some major news pending. The low float could provide a huge upside on good news...

Any thoughts?
