Well I'd certainly like to see the end of the 504, but if I'm correct, he doesnt have to use sell the full $1m of securities allowed if he doesnt feel it necessary, maybe this will change as Russell Industries gets the many eggs in a row that have been questioned to date and subsequent to Permit issue, exploratory mining ops begin... but it has taken him 9 months to sell $436k of securities to the 10 accredited investors, so I think its certainly debatable whether we'll see the full $1m permitted sale of securities under 504 exhausted within the allowed 12 months.
