(Other OTC:NWOG.PK - News), together with the JSC "North-West Oil Group" (Russia), developed and presented for the consideration of the Ministry of Oil and Mineral Resources of Syria the technical and economic feasibility study for the preparation of the contract for the construction of the refinery without tender.
