Roxmark has not optioned out or JV'd or dropped any of its properties. But given that is has a s-load of them, it may in the future do just that, farm out, in, or JV some of its properties, as it has in the past. My thinking is base on the financial realities of operating them all by themselves. I don't think they can do it all on their own. I can foresee perhaps one or two JV partners, and possibly a farm out. After all, they possess no less than four former operating properties. Magnet, Key Lake, Empire and Leitch. I can see them perhaps doing the Empire and the Leitch on their own, as they are close to the mill, but the others look more likely candidates for JV people. Just my opinion and not based on any company policy that I am aware of.

I do know they intend to drill the Empire property soon. This is the first work it has seen in perhaps ten years. The Empire was a high grade and profitable small scale operation. They mined a one hundred and fifty thousand ounces of gold at a recovered grade of 0.38 ounces per ton. There were no metallurgical difficulties.
