m1florida: See note 239. It depicts that the company has or will create 100 times more stock. This is in conjunction with their acquisition of the bio-diesel company. Creating shares, of course, was to acquire a valuable asset. However, it also "dilutes" existing shareholder interest. The consequence is too complex for me, or perhaps anyone, to make a definitive determination about what this means for shareholders. But it is clearly something to be aware of. Perhaps others on this message board will present their opinions.
