Well I just recieved a letter from Connor & Winters. So kind of them to offer to relieve me of my bogus shares, so as not to be sued. Very generous of them. LOL I wonder the exact number of these "NUMEROUS REQUESTS" they really recieved. Would be curious to know just how many people read the law suit and then just peed alover themselves.
Next thought was someone in this equazion must not be very bright. But that was wrong. The attornies must be making a boatload of money. I have no doubt that megas is no dummy. That leaves me. Well not the brightest bulb in the room, but a long ways from a dummy.
What really irratates me is that this has come down to exactly what I predicted months ago. And to think some people thought I was way out of line and short sighted to think it would come to this. For me the good news is that in my mind, I had written this off a long time ago. So anything positive would have been a gift. Instead, reality hit the fan, and we are left to flounder for ourselves.
I will now ponder just how I want to resolve this and see where it leads me. However I will say this mutch for sure. Anyone who wants to see some resolution to this, needs to be prepared to launch an all out offensive against whom ever sold you your shares.
What a mess. And how unfortunate that we are stuck in it. I will also say that I for one do not appreciate this crap. If Megas had wanted to sue, and in the process throw a great big bone our way, that MAY be different. Not sure. However this law suit nonsense against shareholders is unpresedented and wrong. I do understand the he may have needed to go this far to discover and disclose whom the brokerages were that sold the shares to begin with. But entire case should have been dropped after discovery,,,,,,,,,`then go after the brokerages who allowed this to continue.
Still think something is stinking really bad here, just haven't been able to spot it yet.
