GBITQ Update
As you know GBITQ is losing it... the Q is coming off.
hdogtx was on the phone with H. Alvarez late this afternoon, the owner of the shell. He was told by the CEO that the intention is to bring the filings up to date, and submit for ascension to OTCbb in the next month or two. The shell is a clean bankrupt.
Wonder what they are going to fill it with? They wouldn't be doing this if they didn't have something in mind.
