Well here is the facts to everything you just said and more.Fred is actively fixing the company.Sales are happening.Eventually the cost and time of advancing the CT will end and then they grow in other ways.
But they have dramatically increased multible verticals of sales on the CT and increased distributorship.
Even one tenth of one percent in a multi-billion dollar market is huge.
So at what point does one say okay i get in? Do you wait and hope that HISC doesnt do anymore buybacks? any retirements? Has sales but fails to reduce expenses? we know for a fact there two biggest expenses left town in january...and we know they have spent all the extra cash that was going into research on the GSM CT is done. They have the CDMA later this year to begin but really GSM will push CDMA out the door in some markets.
THe PPS is as low as it is gonna get so as the management keeps doing the pro-active things it will eventually begin to bare fruit.
If they were doing like moody and using the company as their own personal spending account and making candy coated dream guesses then nothing would change......no eventually the good things that are happening today will show up tomorrrow...one just has to ask themselves do i buy today or tomorrow?

YOU JUST BOUGHT HOW MANY SHARES!?!?!?
