How do you come about that conclusion? Do you really think there is only 600 million dinar in the hands of the public/speculators? There have been numorous reports of buying frenzies all over the world. There's 100 million for sale at any given moment just on e-bay. There are numorous single investors on IIF and Rolclub that claim to have 100 million. LOL... Here is one dealer site
