Thanks Nick I appreciate your confidence and I don't think it is misplaced.

Just so the others know, I have no connection with RooterJack, so please don't associate me with him or believe he is my source.

I wasn't told when news is comming although I was led to believe it will be today. I'm anxious to see it as I have shares myself.

To add, I was told that it might be a 60% buy back rather then the 80% previously expected
