LOCH/CDEx is always just about to turn that corner, only there are several other corners up ahead if CDEx even manages to turn that first one.

Having UncleMalcy at the helm is like having a blind taxi driver - eventually, you'll find that corner - or a telephone pole, ditch, mailbox, pedestrian, oncoming vehicles, parked vehicles, or trees.

Just jump in the back of blind Uncle Malcy's taxicab, watch him throw it into "drive" and hit the gas. Your only hope is if the cab was built by OleWade using some revolutionary tech and equally innovative software - then the cab won't ever start and you can sit there in the back seat of the cab forever - safe, butt unmoving - while the taxi meter ticks away running up your tab.

Eventually, days, months, or years of taxi fare later, you'll figger out the cab ain't drivable and you'll get out and hail another cab - hopefully one with a sighted driver and a workable vehicle.
