They can certainly make a difference in trading. If not enough clout here, then it can be moved to a federal court and you can't tell me that a federal court can't make it trade! According to a retired Judge from Fort Worth that I spoke with this weekend about all this, he stated that the state court can make a ruling, if the brokers don't comply, then could be and probably would be elevated to federal court and that would do it. Just telling you what I was told.
