Since the judgement deals with certs, they'll know who has what, good and bad, and clearly all of us that provided proof of purchases thru our brokers have nothing to worry about.
Proof to plaintiff that you purchased through broker? The plaintiff got s/h names from NOBO list. DUH. Screw giving proof. I want proof why I was sued. Thats what you need to ask.
