all i'm saying is that most of the rebelliousness by the defendants is understandable, but getting a bit carried awya, and may in fact end up costing you more money, and NOT helping anything...

Why do you call defendants rebellious? Odd choice of words. A defendant that expresses a desire to clear his good name is a rebel to you?

i don't know how this case will end up, i want to see this trade, but mostly i am interested in fixing a broken system


You chastise average investor for wanting a jury trial to protect himself and good name. You said how that is a waste of money, but you make a statement saying you primarily want to fix a broken system? You think sacrificing stock, money, and good name for this ideology of an alleged broken system involving NSS is what one should do here? Knowing that you have been sued for fraud by a pinky CEO, that has nothing at all to do with NSS? Thats like instead of fighting a parking ticket you receive in the mail, because you don't own a car, you pay it anyway to help fight corruption at city hall. Makes no sense.
