Shoutwire.com is a huge website, this was not a website "just started" , the owner of Shoutwire.com , was Torrentspy.com (one of the top 100 websites in the world) None of these properties could ever be started in a few weeks like you may be suggesting.

Now if you read through the financial statements: you can see that SocialNet Online acquired Shoutwire + a technology from video search.

If you do some digging you can see that Torrentspy also owns another video website: www.spikedhumor.com , this is one of the top 3,000 websites on the internet and is definitely the top 20 video sharing websites..

If you checkout Spiked Humor you can see that the video player and site layout is very similar to Tubearoo...

So there is definitly something cooking here,, The relationship Tubearoo, Inc. has with this company seems much deeper than is shown.

And there is big money behind this entity if they can even speak to a company like TorrentSpy, Torrent spy revenues are probably in the millions.

I understand there is a "promo" out on TUBR, but please dont look at this company as a bs company when in fact it is not, its traffic numbers are probably much better than we all assume.
