It's almost like Spooz has a middleware engine that conveniently plugs into but is not dependant upon the Microsoft IT grid (if I may use that term).
It would certainly seem logical for Micorsoft among other IT conglomerates to have an interest in owning the rights to a middleware like Stv2 that is prewired to the capital markets. I would have to agree with you and others here that the advantages for Microsoft to enter the capital markets arena by swallowing Spooz entirely would not appear to be out of the question.
