here's an email i sent to bendis and reply
Rich, on your org. china on the tpid site it shows a diagram with shareholders at the top. Is tpid china a seperate stock on the chinese exchange? how are you taking 60% control? are you buying chinese shares? I don't think these questions are illegal to answer, the world already knows your taking majority control, i would think it would be ok to say how.
