I have to assume that all recent events (or lack of) is intentional. Based on predictable human nature they would know that the SP would go down not up. So, if we ask ourselves, why would they want the price to go down? I know the Dr. wanted to stick it to the NS'ers but I think that has been made less of a priority than the SP for Siams buy back.

just a thought.
