Spoke with charlie and Charlie was just very interested in finding used equipment. So in reality you have one of two things.

It is hard today for find things of subst. at this level. I could care less if there ends up being billions in the O/S as long as there is some meat to it then the pps will rise. Just looking for some fun with the 25% play money. I had lots of fun in the post enron days when all you had to do was figure if a company like WMB was going to live or die. Now you have to figure if a company is a scam or not. I do not believe that this is a scam, passed the first test. I do believe they are under capitalized. That is the danger for the final equasion.
