I received a summons-in fact 3, 2 for me and 1 for my wife on a joint account. We sre slated to receive the 2nd mailing (atleast our names are on the mailing list)

HOWEVER....
our names are not on the list of defendants as posted on the court website http://tinyurl.com/35pyqg .


Any thoughts?
