S383 - If all things are correct the process really does not take long at all. It is simply a matter of telling the truth. Long pole in the tent is the Form 10 the rest is simply processing issues and finding one MM who will "Sponsor", which again is not a big deal.

In truth the company - Clint - knows that once he crosses that line and signs the SOX compliance it will lessen his degrees of freedom and cost him more money to stay above board. It is a bigger step for him then folks realize. I say he made a mistake by giving a date. We will see in T - 19 trading days....Get your Mod whip out - you are going to need it...
