RMD Dance To Release Highly Anticipated Remix of Top Selling Dance Song of All Time Featuring Freedom Williams of C&C Music Factory

JERSEY CITY, N.J., Dec 15, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Today, Dreamfield Holdings Inc. (OTC: DRMH) subsidiary, RMD Dance Inc, announced its highly anticipated dance remix of "SWEAT...Everybody Dance Now" by C&C Music Factory featuring Freedom Williams will be released January of 2004.

The original song is in the Guinness Book of World Records as the Best Dance Music Song of all time, debuting multi-platinum and sweeping the 1991 MTV Video Music Awards selling more than 9 million copies and growing.

Multi-award-winning performer Freedom Williams has become a cornerstone in the evolution of American Pop Music. As the former front-man for the international sensation--the original C & C Music Factory--his contributions can be measured in part by the accolades--a multi-platinum album, five American Music Awards, five Billboard Awards and two MTV Music Awards.

Currently, Freedom is putting his musical knowledge to work in the studio recording a new solo album and working on a C & C Music Factory album which will be followed by a world wide tour (including Japan, England, Australia, India, Spain, Portugal, Russia and Malaysia) to promote both albums.

C&C Music Factory have earned a total of 35 music industry awards worldwide, including five Billboard Awards, five American Music Awards, two MTV Music Awards and one Grammy nomination (for Best New Artist). C&C Music Factory also worked with some of the greatest recording acts of modern times, producing albums for the likes of Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Luther Vandross, Michael Jackson, Grace Jones - the list goes on and on.

RMD test marketed the remix in the UK this past summer and received outstanding results. Over the last 6 months, the remix single has been in the UK's top 100 Pop and Dance charts along with charting in the country's top music magazine, "Music Week".

"With the new pop mix by Phil Legg, producer of 2 Rolling Stones albums, 2 Depeche Mode albums and the first Thomas Dolby album, I feel confident this single will conquer the entire European market in 2004," stated Giorgio Costonis, CEO of RMD Dance Inc.

Mr. Costonis added that Freedom Williams is excited with RMD's professionalism and creativity that negotiations for an exclusive deal is in the works for the C&C Music Factory's Greatest Hits album to be released in 2004.
