It's not the phrase itself. It's the fact that he's impossibly ignorant. How does he NOT know that number? Doesn't it make you wonder he has managed to avoid seeing and hearing about it? Is it another commander guy who doesn't do news and current events but prefers video games? I don't want another one like that so I'm a little sensitive to any such clues......ok?
