The upsetting part of this is the management team. Issuing 20,000,000 shares each blows my mind!!! To me it is like a teenager that doesn't know the value of the dollar or just doesn't give a crap about anyone but themselves. In addition I sincerely believe they look at investors as a pain in the tail and the have no realization that (we) the investors have put a lot of money into this company hoping the would do the best for our investment. In my opinion they don't see the connection.

Also the flow of smart money right now is not looking good for us. If something was just around the corner...huge volume buys would be happening. We are barely unch!!!
