you guys wanted my wisdom on this stock as a previous investor who made some serious jack on it, well, here you go and this is honest opinion and past experience with it.
i currently hold no shares of this company at all. i am neither pumping nor bashing, just the gods honest truth. i closed my etrade account to get out of penny land and went with sharebuilder which doesnt even let you invest in penny stocks, so here goes....
back about 2 years ago i rode the .005 to .054 wave, selling at .05. at the time, titan had just drilled and hit oil on the kuscovo well, not sure of the name, but something close to that, pardon it has been a while.
the well hit oil and on the website, there were videos of this, and it looked like a massive gusher. what drove the shareprice was speculation on just how much oil they hit. rumors were flying that it was 500 barrels a day. for titan at the time that would have been massive. come to find out the barrels per day #'s were 50 a day on that well, and when the numbers hit, the stock tanked. good thing i got out a week before playing it safe.
at the time titan only had 400million share outstanding, i saw on the website that it is now over 700million if that is honest or up to date. titan had some major problems when they tried to redrill the well and broke a pipe halfway down. for their natural gas lines, it took forever and a day to get them online, i still dont know if they have, just past experince and i havent done new DD. the old management was a bunch of bozos. could never get anything right.
honestly the one thing i would watch out for here is a reverse split.
new website looks a heck of a lot better than the old one.
also, crow is still around i see. this guy has been bashing this stock for at least 2 years that i know of when i was in it. the guy just never gives up. everyone here should know, this guy will bash the hell out of this stock. i dont know if he is a paid basher or he has a personal agenda. i dont know if he has thrown up his old photos that he took at the "titan oil wells and storage tanks" yet. they look like he may have made some homemade signs and put them up next to some pipes or something. i dont know, but just know this, he is a major basher, and that is all he is. a typical stock bashing loser.
as far as an investment in this stock if i were buying it today. i dont know without more DD, but when titan moves, she moves. the outstanding share structure is what would hold me back again. if these guys hit oil or anything of that nature lately, which i dont know if it has, you could very well see .03 or better. like i said, just one well and she went from .0005 to .054 in 3 months. it was a nice steady up giving back gains to profit takers once in a while, but overall, she went up. this stock could very well do it again. i can see it happening. she wont do it without giving back some gains once in a while, but i think if you stay long you could see .03, .02 minimal.
