Someone wants out here. Maybe they are gambling they can get them back cheaper. I think flipping may work here, but there is equal chance of buying back higher and missing out on gains.

The fundamentals are great here for long term gains. Why not just buy a bunch of it and forget about it for a while. You'll get great returns at a lower tax rate with much less worrying day-to-day...
