How in the world can there be a default judgement when they didn't have the paperwork done correctly? Go to my site and see info I posted today on the Drago case. You guys are making this out to be something big when it isn't.

Desperate moves IMO.

I suggest the attorney for the plaintiffs does a little more homework first before filing a law suit. Maybe if he had called the company as I have he wouldn't of wasted all this time. Oh, well.
