Seriously? Would the ensuing firm not make attempts to separate the intended ring of people tied to Pino and his crew from the rest of us who are penny stock speculative investors/traders who simply bought into another penny stock? Also why is Pino's name NO where to be seen on this suit as an individual who is ACTIVELY being sued and sought after for fraud and investment scam?

This just doesn't seem right to me!
