You only got that partial fill because that was all that was available at that price. If the ask is now .0015, if you want to be guaranteed to get a large block you will have to buy at the ask. I still think based on the share structure and float that .0015 will be considered a bargain in the near future. Looking for a run to pennyland next week, setting up nicely here for that as well.
