than just that... It also shows that McBride apparently had little money before the stock run to $28.50 in February... Thereafter, he was able to buy an expensive Villa, with Jaguar Coupe in the Garage, while borrowing a major chunk of the money provided by Investors to help develop SecureView, NOT for his own purpose...

How did he get all this money all of a sudden?...

The only logical answer I can think of, is buying and subsequently selling SEVU stock on the open market during the run-up, without any filings of Schedule 13D and Form 3 and 4.... Whether Hornblower and Weeks was involved in the run-up, should also be determined, BUT it certainly didn't happen on its own...

My point of contention is that, by squeezing the cash available to SEVU, there wasn't enough to pay the right caliber people to quickly develop the camera and that Shareholders have suffered extensive Damage, as a result...

SecureView is NOT a complicated device by any means and a talented team of knowledgeable people, properly capitalized, should have had it in mass production within 6 months...

But it seems that McBride was far more interested in fulfilling his own personal designs and that's why he HOGGED some 2/3 of total SEVU's cash for 15 months...
