I'm not on the list...so I must have real shares.

I think Megas is ringing our bell to the fact that the X106 shares are going to get invalidated, cancelled; and he wants us to be primed to go after our brokers. He could have just cancelled the shares by doing an R/S before all of this but he didn't. So what happens when he invalidates the shares? What will our brokers say? They will say something like..."BCIT cancelled your worthless shares not us". IMO, he is giving us ALL of the ammunition needed to go after our brokers.
