gdepc, don't give half the truth ... for a change, be honest .... Hogger had about 200,000 shares of stock, but they were in other's names. The real reason that the powers that were didn't want Hogger in was that someone else had started a rumor that Hogger might be accompanied by someone who would be serving a subpeona ... if you're going to spin, be careful not to pass on a total lie.
