Today's WHKA price action shows market confusion (indecision). The "list" says no online buying, but I have purchased WHKA online twice since the "list" was made public. I have also received the "online buys not allowed" notice twice when trying to buy stocks that are not even on the "list"... now I'm as confused as the market is.

If you want the rainbow, you have to tolerate the rain.
