XXXX XXXXXXXX here, I and the XTMS board on IHUB wanted you to know how appreciative we are for the time you spent with XXXXX and the questions you answered for us. It is not often that a company with so much potential is accompanied by a C.E.O. who is receptive and available to his investors, for this we applaude you!!! I f you don't mind I have one more question. One of the questions XXXXX asked was will quarterlies be made available and your response was yes of course. So my question is: will the quarterlies be released in a P.R. when your C.P.A. is done with the books, and is this an indication that you are planning to become a fully reporting company in the future?

XXXX, as you know we've definitely made it clear that we intent to go to a higher exchange that is full reporting. However, the time frame on this cannot be confirmed at this time. Our "goal" is as soon as possible. How soon that is, has not yet been determined. However, we will as usual make those plans known via a press release when the time is right. The same with releasing and updated financials. When we can release accurate information regarding financials we will do that. Until that time, i can't divulge when or where, unfortunately.
