It was a 60 day extension, so no, it won't be expiring "soon". As for why - that is the prosecutor's knowledge. I don't believe that the lack of indictment yet should be taken as any kind of good sign though - it means there is more going on than we know, and it is taking more time to sort out.

According to the reporting of a "duped" company: As of 1/22/07, the Company had 200M (Float) & 700M (OS) Shares. However, according to TD, on 3/16, 382M shares were traded; on 3/20, 302M were moved; between 3/15-3/22, 898M total. I wonder who to believe.
