Listen guys they may have been working on this financing long before the buyout bid was made. They are just continuing with business as usual which is exactly what they should be doing.
The buyout is still on the table or they would have said it isnt. They dont have a definitive buyout aggreement so its something that may or may not happen. They are not going to shut down in the mean time.
