I am assuming that in order to short a penny stock it can't be done from the US. There are/is offshore brokers that allow it. SO there is no way to know if it is from out of the US or not. Just going off what I've learned recently in a few other stocks. Makes and strongus are in them too. That site addresses short positions I believe and not naked shorts. I don't know enough about it to do it. Hard enough investing the straight forward way. GLTYA!
