Common Law would Not be an issue. 15USC sec.1051-1127.Federal courts have Original Jursdiction over actions arising under the Langham Act.15 USC sec.1121.In the absence of Federal registration,State law controls infringement and unfair competition claims..... A federal application has been Made. The Langham Act would control.
