The 43-101 is not necessary to move to the otcbb - good news

Company will probably be keeping the ethanol biz for now

43-101 reports will open up many doors in terms of funding projects going forward - I did not ask for a time frame as I don't want to get anyone's hopes up if the deadlines comes and then passes

The above is all in my opinion and should not be considered a reason to buy, sell, short or hold a stock.
