Frustrated shareholders (follow-up post):

After having had multiple email communications back and forth with Mr. Engel, I still continue to believe it best to wait until the beginning of June to see the results of the company's best efforts before attempting to jump ship. If you have questions for Mr. Engel, he is openly communicating with shareholders to the best of his abilities, though at this time there are aspects of the business dealings he says that he cannot talk about until there is a press release. Trust me, I laid some hefty beefs on Mr. Engel, but he continues to responsd in a professional manner.

Is all of this a pinky scam designed to lure in new investors? Possibly, but look at it from this point of view: Ameritrade, a gigantic broker with a huge number of customers does not allow the purchase JMCP at this time, yet JMCP continues to respond to emails and put out press releases with "forward looking statements". Why would they continue to do this if there was not something potentially big brewing?

My recommendation remains to wait patiently through the month of May for the desired results. After that, we'll either party or perish. I don't believe there's anything in between.
