You'll get your price imo, the fluff today, although its is rounding up a few more sheep, won't hold. The agreement is nothing more than " intent " it could still fall through as other candidates did. I'm not implying it will, I'm just saying a lot can happen in 4-6 months. Getting this done will be a big plus, the potential is there, patience !
